4. Prices and VAT

Prices are expressed in EUR and are valid at the time of placing the order.
The provider is a **VAT payer**.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payment methods

Available payment method:

The SLOCKS.NET online store enables **exclusively electronic payments via the Shopify Payments system**.

The buyer can pay with the following payment methods (depending on the country and provider settings):

- credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Maestro),
- other payment methods currently supported by Shopify Payments.

Payment is made **at the time of placing the order**.
The purchase agreement is concluded upon successful payment.

The provider **does not store credit card data**. Payment processing is handled via the secure Shopify Payments system in accordance with applicable security standards (PCI DSS).

The provider sends the invoice to the buyer electronically.

6. Ordering process and contract conclusion

The buyer places an order in the online store.
The contract is concluded when the buyer receives an electronic confirmation of order acceptance.

The provider reserves the right to refuse an order in case of obvious errors (e.g., obvious pricing error) in accordance with the Obligations Code.

7. Order cancellation

The buyer can cancel the order **before dispatch** via email at slocks.nogavice@gmail.com.
If the order has already been dispatched, the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal (see Article 10).

 8. Delivery

Delivery is generally performed by GLS (or another comparable carrier).

**Preparation time**: 1–4 business days (unless stated otherwise).
**Delivery time**: generally 2–7 business days from dispatch (depending on the country).

9. Uncollected shipment / incorrect address

If the buyer enters an incorrect address or does not collect the shipment and the package is returned to the provider, the buyer may request redelivery upon payment of additional costs.

If the buyer, in such a case, **withdraws from the contract**, they are entitled to a refund of the purchase price, reduced by the actual costs of delivery and return of the shipment (if any incurred). (See Article 10.)

10. Right of withdrawal from the contract (14 days)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within **14 days** without stating a reason for their decision (ZVPot-1).

The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer (or a third party, not the carrier, designated by the consumer) acquires physical possession of the goods or of the last item of goods, if the order consists of multiple items.

**How to withdraw.** The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal in one of the following ways:

- via the **electronic withdrawal function (button "Withdraw from contract")** on the page https://slocks.net/pages/odstop-od-pogodbe, where they fill out and submit the withdrawal statement. Upon submission, the provider immediately confirms receipt of the notification on a durable medium (by email);
- by filling out the **withdrawal form** available on the same page;
- with an unequivocal statement via **email** to slocks.nogavice@gmail.com (recommended with the subject line "WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT" and order number).

For timely withdrawal, it is sufficient that the notification is sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The buyer must return the goods immediately or at the latest within **14 days** after notifying of withdrawal. **The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.**

Refund:** The provider returns all received payments no later than **14 days** from receiving the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly requests otherwise. The provider may withhold the refund until receipt of the returned goods or until proof of shipment of the return is provided, whichever occurs first.

11. Exception to the right of withdrawal – hygiene products (socks)

Socks are sold as a **sealed hygiene product**.
In accordance with ZVPot-1 (point 7 of Article 135), the consumer **does not have the right of withdrawal** if they **opened the seal / protective packaging** after delivery, when the goods are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Withdrawal is possible **only** if the product is:

- unused,
- unworn,
- unwashed,
- and the **hygiene seal / packaging is undamaged**.

The consumer is clearly informed about this exception **before placing the order** (on the product page and during the purchase process).

12. Liability for diminished value of goods

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (Article 142 of ZVPot-1).

The consumer is not liable for diminished value of the goods if the provider did not inform them of their right of withdrawal before concluding the contract.

13. Complaints – non-conformity of goods (ZVPot-1)

If the goods are **non-conforming** upon delivery or within the statutory period, the consumer has rights under ZVPot-1 (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund – depending on the case).

The provider is liable for non-conformity of goods that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within **two years** from the delivery of the goods.

The buyer files a complaint at slocks.nogavice@gmail.com, stating:

- order number,
- description of the problem,
- photos (if possible).

The provider will respond to the complaint within a reasonable time and in accordance with legal obligations.
