Withdrawal from the contract

Important for socks

Socks are sealed goods worn directly on the skin. In accordance with point 7 of Article 135 of ZVPot-1, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products where you have opened the hygienic seal after delivery. If the seal is not opened, a return within 14 days is, of course, possible.

Statement of withdrawal

Upon submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (email). We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving this statement, once we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. Direct costs of return are borne by the consumer.

Return the goods immediately, or no later than 14 days after submitting this statement, to the address:
