Cviček is a variety of white and red grape varieties that, in the
right proportions, lead to a dry wine of bright red - almost ruby
color, pleasantly sour taste without bitterness with low alcohol
content (between 8.5% to 10% vol). Grapes and wine for CVIČEK
PTP (recognised traditional denomination) are grown in selected
locations in Dolenjska. The ratio of white to red varieties shall be
at least 65% red and at least 25% white. The grape varieties
used for CVIČEK PTP are žametovka, modra frankinja, kraljevina,
welschriesling, rumeni plavec, silvaner, bela žlahtnina, štajerska
belina or ranfol and red grape varieties that are allowed and
recommended for the Dolenjska wine region. Cviček is a
wonderful accompaniment to Slovenian traditional dishes and
cold cuts, suitable for all occasions!

Cviček je zvrst belih in rdečih sort grozdja, ki v pravilnem razmerju privedejo do suhega vina svetlo rdeče - skoraj rubinaste barve, prijetno kiselkastega okusa brez trpkosti z nizko vsebnostjo alkohola (med 8,5% do 10%vol).
